Bloo provides several RSS feeds out of the box. They include

Post RSS - this feed contains, by default, the last 20 posts from your blog. The RSS for posts is displayed by default in every Bloo blog's sidebar, along with the icon. The URL syntax for the Post RSS feed is http://yourblogurl/bloo.rss20.php

Comments RSS - this feed contains, by default, the last 40 comments from your blog. The RSS for comments is displayed by default in every Bloo blog's sidebar, along with the icon. The URL syntax for the Comments RSS feed is http://yourblogurl/bloo.rss20.php?comments=1

Post Category RSS - this feed contains, by default, the last 20 posts for a given post category on your blog. This feed is not displayed by default in your blog sidebar, but can be easily added by editing your sidebar. The URL syntax for the Post Category RSS feed is http://yourblogurl/bloo.rss20.php?post_category_id=[post category id number]. To determine the post category id number, look at your post category id list in Lists and Settings | Post Categories in your administration panel. In most browsers, if you hover over the edit link for the post category you want to include in the RSS feed, you will see the post_category_id.
