I saw it tonight, on a daddy-date with my sweet daughter Bethany.

It was beautiful. Beautiful and magnificent. The makers of this film have lifted C.S. Lewis’ imagined world right off the page.

Wonderful.

  5. Bill, daddy dates are relly cool! How old is Bethany. I have daddy dates with Megan, she is 12, we go to Fresno State Women’s basketball games. Maybe we can go see the movie this weekend, we have a lot going on.

  7. We usually go to movies all together. Sometimes lately Ian has gotten together with a group to see a movie. Usually one the rest of us of little or no interest in seeing. He’s 14 for another month.

    Maybe Sunday afternoon, we’ll have to see how it goes.

  9. I had problems with the pic too, earlier – it’s not local, just a url to another site, so maybe that site gets busy?

    She really liked it. She knows the story but not as well as I probably do – she thought it was great.

    Funny, I read a post by someone who saw the movie and had never read the books. They didn’t like the movie.
