Yes. It only took two days, rather than the “3 to 7” days they originally told us.
Now, I hope this thing holds together! Are you a Mac user? We were wondering if we should get Apple Care. That repair would have been $150 dollars or so if this wasn’t under warranty (and $70 if I had just got the part myself) . . . Let me know if you have any thoughts on that.
Not a Mac user, sorry. I’ve been on PCs for so long that switching at this point would be a pain (know to much on the PC platform). However, $150 for a 2 or 3 year term sounds like an OK plan, especially if rely heavily on the machine. I’ve got a similar plan at Dell and it really helps the peace of mind.
